PEACE AND SERVICE COMMITTEE

•Promote programs that will stimulate fellowship members to think and act on peace and justice issues.
•Direct the ministry known as the St. Louis Mennonite Peace Witness, which is intended to be a peace education arm of the Fellowship..
•Be responsible for the direction, implementation and evaluation of the Peace Worker.
•Recommend and organize specific service projects for the Fellowship. Examples are: Project COPE, Webster-Rock Hill Ministries, and Food Sharing Sunday.

Suggested items to bring for Food Sharing Sundays for now until a change occurs:

1) Cereals
2) Pancake mix
3) Syrup
4) Spaghetti sauce in a can or jar
5) Any kind of pasta in a box
6) Canned Peas
7) Canned Green beans
8) Canned Corn
9) Canned Tomatoes
